Why is there no balance on my replacement card?

The displayed balance concerns the old card number. The new card number must be added in the Lunch-Check app or in the customer center mylunchcheck.ch.

Tip:
Use as alias or card name «New» or «current», so that you can recognize the new card at first glance.
