I have forgotten my username or password?

You can have the username or password sent to you in the Lunch-Check app or in our customer center mylunchcheck.ch. Simply click on «Forgotten user name» or «Forgotten password”; on the respective platform.

Note:
If you do not receive an email with your username, then this email address is not registered. Try another one or contact card@lunch-check.ch to check if an account exists.
